Content Marketing Executive
Sprintax, part of Clune Tech, is a web-based tax return preparation software that provides a number of tax related services to non-residents in the United States. We help thousands of international visitors such as students, scholars, teachers, trainees, researchers, work and travel participants and other foreign individuals that are temporary in the United States each year with the preparation of their tax returns.
Creates clear, engaging content for blogs, webpages, emails, and social posts that matches the brand voice and campaign goals. Supports research, basic SEO optimization, and performance tracking. Works closely with Marketing, PPC/Social, Design/Video, Sales, Product/Development and Partner teams to deliver on the content calendar.
The role:
Write and edit copy for blogs, landing pages, emails/newsletters, website content, and social captions.
Plan and execute campaign content with the Marketing Manager and the wider Marketing team.
Generate monthly channel reports per territory with key metrics and insights.
Liaise with Sales, Design, and Development on partner-marketing requests; prepare/collect needed assets.
Collaborate with PPC and Social teams to create engaging social content (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok) and adapt assets to each platform.
Research industry trends, audience needs, and competitor activity to feed the content pipeline.
Optimise basics for SEO (titles, meta, headings, keywords, internal linking); publish in the CMS.
Maintain content libraries, follow brand tone/style, and ensure UTM/link hygiene.
Support the creation of high-performing landing pages with clear briefs for Design/Video.
Track performance (traffic, engagement, CTR); summarise results and propose next steps.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related).
Strong written English; attention to detail and tone/grammar.
Basic familiarity with SEO concepts and CMS tools (e.g., WordPress).
Comfortable with research, spreadsheets, and light reporting.
Collaborative, organised, and able to meet deadlines.
Experience (internship or 0–2 yrs) producing content for blogs or social channels.
Working knowledge of GA4/Search Console and keyword tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush) is a plus.
Basic visual skills (Canva/Photoshop) and short-form video coordination.
Understanding of B2B and B2C audiences.
